 Your government is trying to kill you. I don’t say these words lightly. I couldn’t believe it myself for some time but all my research inevitably led me to the same conclusion. It’s not an accident. It’s not a mistake. It’s not the after-effect of corporate greed. Your government is trying to kill you and trying to do it in such a way that you will never know the cause. In fact, it’s been going on for many years, only now the end game is within sight: a break-away group of trans-human elites are making their final move to control the world. And yet, you are still alive and free to read this…so there is still a chance. 

Chapter One

-The Questions-

 Considering the size and scope of the surveillance grid and police state now being established and considering a total lack of ‘terrorists’ that would give justification for the financial expenditures involved, one can only conclude that measures are being taken in an effort to gain control of a future crisis where American citizens will be designated the enemy. What is this crisis? What could cause Americans to react in a threatening way towards their government? Why would government be afraid of us? Is there something they have done, are doing now, or will do in the future that would cause the American population to rise up in anger?

There is a lot of talk about an upcoming World War Three, but what if the world has been waging a third war since the early ’80s; a war that pits the ruling elite against the common man? What if this war is so sublime, that few even know of its existence other than its initiators? Is it possible to cause the deaths of untold numbers of humans slowly, over time, by methods that would make it appear as if each death were natural? What would be the intended outcome of such a war? Is a covert WW3, a battle between the ruling elite and the lower classes, the missing piece of a puzzle that would explain the insanity we are now experiencing?

Examine the evidence and remember, in a civil court case, one need only prove ‘more likely than not’, a particular thing has or is happening. In this instance, our contention is that the elite have found their subjects useful for a time and during that time control of the people and control of population growth was paramount. As we enter the new millennium, certain technologies have advanced to a degree where the worker drones, so to speak, may no longer be needed. Trans-humanism, robotics, genetics, nano-technology and other sciences, will propel the elite into another realm where they will essentially become a new species. If the future brings the Trans-humanists a power and intellect far beyond what our human brains can even now comprehend, will they ignore us, as we do the common ant; or will they deem us a threat, as we would a deadly virus, and move to exterminate humanity?  

Chapter Two

-The Document- 

“The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst.” ~ J. Edgar Hoover

 In his book ‘Upon A Pale Horse’, author Milton William Cooper reveals parts of a document found in an IBM copier purchased from a surplus sale in 1979 titled: ‘Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars’.

Cooper, a former member of the CINCPACFLT (Commander-in-Chief, Pacific Fleet) Intelligence Briefing Team, explains the relevance of the document:

“I read Top Secret documents which explained that ‘Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars’ is the doctrine adopted by the Policy Committee of the Bilderberg Group during its first known meeting in 1954. A copy found in 1969 was in possession of Naval Intelligence.”

To those who doubt the document’s authenticity Cooper warns: “The document, first found in 1969, correctly outlines events which subsequently came to pass. It cannot be ignored or dismissed…”

Even if you doubt William ‘Bill’ Cooper’s credibility, or you think the document is a hoax, one cannot deny certain truths found within. The introduction reads:

“This publication marks the 25^th anniversary of the Third World War called the ‘Quiet War,’ being conducted using subjective biological warfare, fought with ‘silent weapons.’ This book contains an introductory description of this war, its strategies, and its weaponry.”

The document gives and excellent description of what a silent weapon is:

 “..the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.”

 This type of warfare is fought without M-16s, without jet fighters and without tanks and this idea is expounded upon in great detail: “It [silent weapons] shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of a chemical reaction; originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.

 It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone’s daily social life.”

Two things are important to note at this point:

1. Data mining and data collection is critical. This is currently being done by host of methods and/or agencies: NSA, Google, Facebook, by census taking (conducted in the UK in 2011 by defense contractor Lockheed Martin) , online computer tracking cookies, computer hacking, taking advantage of abandoned e-mail laws, even by having the FBI place tracking devices on your vehicle or digging through your trash for mail, receipts, old computers etc.
2. The attack is non-physical in nature and energy control is the key. For example: one might have the Federal Reserve increase the monetary supply to achieve inflation as opposed to adding fluoride to a municipal water supply. Each action would have the intended effect of causing death but the former would achieve this through a depression/recession that results in hunger/poor nutrition/lack of health care while the latter would actually utilize a poisonous physical substance that would be manually added to the target’s water supply. In both instances, the deaths are not easily traced back to the actual cause. The victim might attribute his/her condition to bad luck, such as in an economic collapse, or to personal lifestyle habits, such as is expected with cancer. 

“Hence that General is skillful in attack whose opponent does not know what to defend; and he is skillful in defense whose opponent does not know what to attack.” ~ Sun Tzu

The manual also explains the origin, purpose and evolution of the idea of a silent weapon:

 “Silent weapon technology has evolved from Operations Research (O.R.), a strategic and tactical methodology developed under the military management in England during World War II. The original purpose of Operation Research was to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land defense with the objective of effective use of limited military resources against foreign enemies.

 It was soon realized by those in positions of power that the same methods might be useful for controlling a society. But better tools were necessary.

 Social Engineering (the analysis and automation of a society) requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing economic information (data), so a high speed computerized data-processing system was necessary which could race ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation.”

 The first passage above is a critical piece of the puzzle. Conducting a defense with limited military resources means utilizing other available resources at your disposal, by force if necessary. In a larger sense this may tie into the Agenda 21 issue and FEMA’s ability to seize upon just about anything in an emergency.

But why use silent weapons on an unwitting population and what is the intended goal? Why don’t the elites just continue to operate their monopolies and live the good life? The future trans-humanist agenda plays a big factor, especially if homo-sapiens are judged obsolete. But most importantly what is being referred to as an ‘awakening’ (a rise in consciousness spurred by the internet and the information age) has played a major role in forcing the hand of the global elite.

At a Council on Foreign Relations speech in 2010, Zbigniew Brzezenski admitted this reality: “For the first time in all of human history mankind is politically awakened- that’s a total new reality- it has not been so for most of human history.”

This was predicted in the Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars manual over 30 years before Brzezenski’s now infamous speech:

 “In 1954 it was well recognized by those in positions of authority that it was only a few decades, before the general public would be able to grasp and upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new silent-weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as they were for providing a private utopia.” 

 In order to prevent a public utopia, diversion is of the utmost importance. A distracted population is easily fooled and thus a harmless population. A detective cannot begin a case while watching a ballgame and this ballgame will go into as many over-times as it takes.

“Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent’s fate.” ~Sun Tzu 

 Silent weapons were originally designed with the intent of automating society by controlling social energy “with the ultimate objective of permanently shifting the natural and social energy (wealth) of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into the hands of the self-disciplined, responsible, and worthy few.”

 By transferring control of the economy and thus wealth and power into the hands of the few, a nation will split in two as evidenced in this passage:

“Thus, a nation becomes divided into two very distinct parts, a docile sub-nation and a political sub-nation. The political sub-nation remains attached to the docile sub-nation, tolerates it, and leaches its substance until it grows strong enough to detach itself and then devour its parent.” 

 But as the awakening of the general public grows, and this is becoming exponentially so with the advent of the internet and subsequent spin-offs such as YouTube and various other forms of social media, the silent weapons program must grow. What began as a covert operation is now beginning to rear its ugly head in a not so covert manner. The global elite’s window of opportunity will inevitably begin to close and an alternative power structure will begin to form if they are not successful. In the end, what began as a means of controlling a society becomes a complete authoritarian takeover, a scientific dictatorship and an open-air-prison society. As the final crack-down begins, perhaps in the form of martial law, gun confiscations and FEMA camp round-ups, even the most delusional citizen will be forced to acknowledge reality.
